Sweet Salmon

I remember I was home alone with nothing to eat!! And nyall already now I'm a 5 star michelin cheff so this is a real statement! i didn't really have the ingredients to cook what I usually cook so I looked around and found frozen salmon in the back of the freezer. I started defrosting. I'm not really into salmon unless its raw so I thought "hmm how can I make this special?". I found a recipe online and I think its called 5 sauce salmon and I would link it but its full of ads. You guys know how cooking sites get. The recipe required lemon and I got excited because I knew a house that had lemons! I walked 4 blocks to a persons house and took a lemon from their tree and walked back like nothing happened. I'm probably being judged for what I did but hey golden rule! If I had a lemon tree I'd be ok with people taking. There was plenty to go. Ok I know its not right but I swear I'm not some kind of Lemon stealing whore.

Anyway let me pull out the stealing shopping list :
  1. lemon
  2. soy sauce
  3. honey
  4. 2 garlic gloves minced
  1. First you're going to make a marinade in a bowl, combine 5 spoons of lemon juice, 5 spoons of soy sauce, and 5 spoons of honey. Mix them well
  2. Fry the salmon in the sauce you just made but not for too long, I'd say 3 minutes on each side so the flavor absorbs also add 2 minced garlics to the frying pan
  3. After each salmon (I didn't specify but make as much as you want and sauce as needed) is fried place it in a baking pan with aluminum foil on the bottom and a layer on top. Also use the remaining sauce to drown the salmon in the pan.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15 minutes at 325 degrees and you're set! it'd be nice with a side of white rice

Ok so supposedly you can just fry the salmon and not bake it but hey I did it last time so its up to nyall *smirk*
