Recipe #1: Cheesecake

(Disclaimer: there is no strawberries in the actual recipe)

This is my recipe for cheesecake.

  • Time: 30 minutes to prepare, 2 hours to bake
  • Serves: 5 people
Ingredients Quantity
Cream Cheese 2 tablespoons
Heaving Whipping Cream Enough to cover the cream cheese
Sugar 3 teaspoons
Eggs whisk 2
Sweet Graham Crackers Roughly 8 pieces
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

Step 1: Graham Crackers
  1. Put the 8 pieces in a blender
  2. Make sure there are no solid pieces, if there is blend it again
  3. Pour the dust into a pan
Step 2: Mixing
  1. First you put cream cheese into a medium sized bowl
  2. Then pour heavy whipping cream until it fills half the bowl
  3. Add sugar and vanilla extract
  4. Mix it well with your whisk or mixer
Step 3: Bake
  1. Pour your mixture on top of the pan with the graham cracker dust
  2. Bake for 2 hours at 325 degress
  3. Take it out and put it in the fridge, wait 4 hours

Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients Quantity
Chicken Breasts 2 of them
Kikoman Teriyaki Sauce 1 container
Honey 2 teaspoons
Seasoning Combine seasoned salt, garlic and pepper powder

Step 1: Prepare Chicken
  1. Pat the chicken with seasoning
  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half
  3. Stab into the chicken with a fork
  4. Put the chicken halves in small plastic bags
  5. Pour teriyaki sauce inside and add 2 teaspoons of honey inside
  6. Let it marinate for 4 hours
Step 2: Cook
  1. Brush the chicken with little oil
  2. Put it in the air fryer for 18 minutes on 390 degrees
  3. After 9 minutes flip the chickens over
  4. If you don't have an air fryer you can bake the chicken for 1 hour on 425 degrees, flip it after 30 minutes

This recipe is good with some rice as a side.
